    • Built the backend of a real-time location system (RTLS) as a NestJS monorepo on AWS, processing 2,000–3,500 position updates per second via Kafka and communicating with IoT mesh networks.
    • Migrated the data layer from MongoDB to PostgreSQL to match the highly relational domain data.
    • Found a bottleneck in the collision-detection service during load testing and reduced its CPU usage from 100% to under 5% before production release.
    • Reduced memory usage of the React frontend from ~1 GB to 500–600 MB.
    • Developed a real-time IoT device configuration platform with React, WebSocket and Zustand.
    • Manage AWS infrastructure as code with Terraform and automated deployments with GitHub Actions.
    • Built a logbook management system with React and GraphQL for tour, receipt and administrative workflows.
